Summer brings freedom from the usual routine—no classes, no team practices, fewer scheduled commitments. But that break doesn’t mean your teen’s fitness should take a back seat. In fact, summer is one of the best times to build strength, reinforce movement mechanics, and fill in the gaps that get overlooked during a busy sports season.
Our 6-week Teen Strength Program is designed specifically for athletes ages 11–16 who want to level up their performance, move better, and feel more confident—in sports and in everyday life.
Why Strength Training Matters for Teens
Adolescence is a key time to develop a strong physical foundation. Whether your teen plays football, swims, dances, or is just starting their fitness journey, learning how to move well and train smart sets the stage for long-term performance and health.
Strong, resilient bodies don’t just help teens dominate the field—they help prevent injuries, improve posture, and boost confidence. Add in a basic understanding of how to fuel the body for performance, and they’re walking into the next school year with a major head start.
What’s Included:
Each session is a 60-minute coached workout that includes:
✔️ Dynamic warm-ups and mobility
✔️ Strength training focused on safe, effective lifting techniques
✔️ Conditioning workouts to build stamina and athleticism
✔️ Full-body training to develop balance, coordination, and “body armor”
✔️ Education on smart fueling habits (including our performance eating checklist)
✔️ A supportive, high-energy environment where kids build confidence and work ethic
