I've been a Coach since I graduated in 2006, and worked with clients from ages 7 to 82. I've had other opportunities but always got so much joy and energy from helping others achieve their personal goals that I could never imagine doing anything else. I played Lacrosse collegiately and received a Rookie of the year award for my conference. I still play to this day, but my greatest joy to date has been coaching my 2 sons (4&6 years old)
One of my proudest achievements has been escaping an addiction to pain killers. I was over prescribed medication due to a herniated disc and it ended up taking control of my life for almost 2 years. That time in my life took a lot of soul searching to come out of and it's something I often look back on in during trying times. Most of us deal with these demons, maybe from our past or maybe you're going through it right now. Just know, whether it's losing weight, drugs, alcohol or getting that first pull up, having a support system to lean on will only help you accomplish it sooner. T.E.A.M. Together Everyone Achieves More. We got this!
At an early age I lost my father to a heart attack, and when I really think back I find that to be one of my biggest driving forces to help anyone that walks through our doors. I can't cure cancer, but I can give everyone the tools and programs to help them live a healthier life.
