I have completed a 50 mile Go Ruck. No feats of strength, just love to push myself and try to always better myself.
Diploma from NPTI
I grew up playing unorganized sports with my friends in the neighborhood, football, basketball, and soccer. I spent a lot of time in my family’s home gym. I witnessed my father's daily discipline in working out and my mother's passion for nutrition. At the age of 23, I worked in a gym as a fitness instructor. By the time I was 27 I was working for myself as a trainer. I love all things fitness, it’s been a big part of my life for many years. My biggest why was wanting to help specifically women. I wanted to help as many ladies as possible feel their best.
Over the years the thing that held me back the most was fear of failure. I hesitated to push because what if I fail? Going into a workout with the mentality of giving my best intensity and for myself has been the biggest game changer. I love pushing for my best and not worrying about if I will fail. If I fail it means I tried.
When I come in the morning to coach what I am thinking about is how much I love my athletes. You all are my best friends. I want you to have the best experience possible. I think we should work hard but have a good time doing it.
